Refund Policy
This policy sets out when a fee paid for a consultation with CoreVertex Retirement Planning Co., Ltd. may be refunded. The specific durations below are standard market-consistent terms, proposed here pending confirmation by the business; any term in your written engagement letter takes precedence.
Eligibility
A fee paid for a scheduled consultation is refundable if you cancel within the cancellation window described below. Cancellations are made by email to info@corevertex.click or by phone to +66-2-417-5329.
Cancellation timeframes
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: a full refund is available.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before: a 50% refund is available; the remainder covers preparation already carried out on your behalf.
- Less than 24 hours before, or non-attendance: no refund is available, because the consultation slot could not be offered to anyone else.
Work already started
Where a consultation has begun, or where analysis was prepared in advance and you withdraw partway through, the fee is not refundable for the portion of work already completed. Any remaining, unstarted portion is refundable on the terms above.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling a consultation to another date is not treated as a cancellation and carries no fee, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation at our discretion.
Deposits
If a deposit is taken to secure a consultation slot, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Outside that window the deposit is fully refundable or transferable to a rescheduled date.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method within 14 business days of the refund being approved. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Send an email to info@corevertex.click with your name, the consultation date, and the reason for the request, or call +66-2-417-5329. We will reply within five business days.
Exceptions
Where Thai consumer-protection law requires a more favourable outcome for you than this policy sets out, the law applies in place of the less favourable term.
