Consent preference: your cookie-consent choice, stored locally in your own browser (see our cookies policy).

We do not collect browsing history, location data, or behavioural profiles. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

To respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation — based on the consent you give by submitting the form, and on the pre-contractual steps necessary to set up a consultation with you.
To remember your cookie-consent choice — based on your consent, stored only on your device.

Where your data goes

Inquiry data is sent only to the same-domain form handler at /api/inquiry on corevertex.click and is used solely to reply to you and, if you agree, to prepare and conduct a consultation. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Where a consultation reveals a need that a separate licensed provider must address, we will ask your consent before passing on any information.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any consultation that follows, and for a reasonable period afterward to keep a record of the advice given. If you ask us to delete your data and no legal requirement prevents it, we will do so.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

be informed about how your data is used (this policy);
access and obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements;
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out; and

This site is served from its hosting infrastructure, which may be located outside Thailand. Inquiry data is sent to the same-domain handler at /api/inquiry. Where any processing occurs outside Thailand, it is carried out under safeguards consistent with the PDPA.

Access to inquiry data is restricted to the people within the business who need it to respond to you. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Changes to this policy
